The word „genocide“ has been clarly defined!
The word „genocide“ has been clearly defined; it stands for total genetic annihilation. That assumes two things: a destruction of genetic heritage, and a planned annihilation of all persons, from babies to adults, who may have an offspring.
To declare the crime in Srebreniza genocide is an insult to six million Jews and other ethnicities who were true victims of true genocide in the labor camps of the Third Reich. In the Hitler s labor camps ceratin nations were being systemativally destroyed, by their men being sterilized and made to work as slaves till they died. Indeed, to qualify the crime in Srebreniza as genocide is to denigrate six million Jews and other ethnic groups who were victims of true genocide!
The Tribunale, which is intended to prove that the crime in Srebreniza was a genocide, blatantly disregards Serbs as victims in tha conflict, and ignores the trade with human organs. Such a Tribunal loses every moral right to speak in the name of Justice. That Tribunal was established under America s pressure, so that one day America would not have to pay reparations to Serbs for the consequenes of its aggression, that is, for attacking their country without declaring war, and for acting contrary to the International law and all Resolutions. Such a Tribunqal cannot be impartial. Instead, it could be responsible for unintentional killing of inmates in its jails!
The question is: according to which rules does that alleged Court of law operate? According to the German rules, a Court has to do all in its power to save lives of sick inmates when their lives are endangered, and should considers every accused person innocent until proven guilty. That Tribunal did not honor that rule, and should be held responsible for causing death of those who were in its custody.
America allied itself with Tudjman and Izetbegovich, two fanatics, who were improsonned for years, because it was known already then that their ideas were leading to bloodshed of innocent people! In addition, America allied itself with the terrorist organization UČK (Liberation Army of Kosovo), whose leaders were declared terrorists, in order to reward them later by giving them a state by taking away a territory from Serbia, that is Kosovo-Metohy, in order to install there its biggest military base in Europe! That was done in order to enlarge its empire under the banner of globalization.
Serbia should not be held responsible for Ameirica s desire to spread its brand of globalization even at the price of war and an alliance with terrorist organizations, religious fanatics, and fascists of all stripes!
Crimes should be investigated by scientiofic methods, and also considered from a historical point of view, in this case, from Jesanovac till our days. For such a truth, which would be irrefutable (indisputable), generations to come would be grateful, because such a truth would prevent a repetition of the crimes which lead to disappearance of all nations.

Reč genocid je jasno definisana reč i stoji za podpuno genetsko uništenje. To opet podrazumeva, kako to reč u svojoj osnovi opisuje, da se radi o uništenju genetskog nasledja što podrazumeva plansko uništavanje koje obuhvaća sve od bebe do svih odraslih koji su u stanju imati nasledstvo. Srebrenički zločin uvrštavati u zločin genocida je uvreda za šest miliona jevreja i mnogih drugih etnija koje su bile žrtve istinskog genocita u logorima nemačkog trećeg rajha. Po tim Hitlerovim logorima su se sistematski uništavali narodi putem sterilizacije da bi preostao deo života proveli kao robovi radeći do neizmoglosti i do same smrti! Uvrštavati zločin u Srebrenici je omalovažavanje šest miliona jevrejskih i bezbroj drugih etnija koje su bile žrtve istinskog genocida!
Tribunal koji po svaku cenu namerava da dokaže zločin u srebrenici ne vodeći računa o srpskim žrtvama pa niti o trgovini ljudskim organima izgubio je svako moralno pravo da govori u ime pravde! Tribunal je instaliran pod pritiskom Amerike kako nebi Amerika jednog dana ipak morala plaćati reparaciju Srbiji za posledice agresije, vodjenja rata bez objavljivanja rata, kršeći medjunarodno pravo i sve resolucije. Taj sud nije niti može biti objektivan pa bi čak morao da odgovara za ubistva iz nehata u svojim kazamatima! Pitanje je, po kojim se pravosudskim propisima ravna taj takozvani sud? Po nemačkom važecem sudskom propisu, mora sud sve preduzeti da spasi bolesnika ukoliko mu je ugrožen život i da svaki optuženi važi za nevinu osobu sve dok mu se ne dokaže suprotno! Toga se taj sud nije pridržavao i za svoj nehat mora da odgovara za sve žrtve u zatvorima tog tribunala koje su izgubile živote za vreme nadležnosti tog suda !
Amerka je stupila u alijansu sa Tudjmanom, Izrtbegovićem, dvojicom fanatika koji su bili osudjeni na dugogodišnju robiju jer se već tada znalo da njihove ideje vode ka proliću krvi nedužnih ljudi. Pa uz to je stupila Amerika u Alijansu sa terorističkom organizacijom UČK koja je tada i zvanično proglašena za terorističku organizaciju da bi vodje te organizacije nagradila i sobstvenom državom otimajući teritoriju Srbije odnosno K/M da bi na toj teritoriji izgradila najveću američku vojnu bazu u Evropi. To sve je radila kako bi širila svoju imperiju pod zastavom globalizma. Srbija ne može biti odgovorna za posledice motiva Amerike da po svaku cenu širi globalizaciju pa i putem rata i alijansi sa terorističkim organizacijama, religioznim fanaticima, rasistima i fašistima svake vrste. Zločini moraju da se na naučnoj bazi obrade i to istorijskim redosledom, počev od Jasenovca pa do današnjih dana. Samo dolaženjem do istine na naučnoj bazi može se doći do istine koja bi bila neoboriva a i koja bi zadužila sledeća pokoljenja da se to i takva zla ne ponove da zaborav nebi vodio u nestanak.
